For the safety and security of all involved parties, Premier Automotive Sales works only with the bank escrow system for all transactions. The escrow arrangement provides protection for buyers and ensuring a secure transaction process. All funds related for the purchase of vehicle will be held in the escrow account until the buyer’s final inspection and testing decision. If the buyer reject the vehicle for any reason, the buyer will be refunded within 24 hours.

For the safety of our employees and visitors, Premier Automotive Sales do not allow buyers to inspect or personally pick up the vehicle from our warehouse. We understand the importance of inspection and testing when making a significant purchase decision, which is why we offer 10-days for inspection and testing. Additionally, to provide convenience and peace of mind, we offer free shipping service to deliver the vehicle directly to the buyer’s delivery location.

TERMS - AUCTIONS

For the auctions taking place at a location chosen by us, we would like to clarify the payment process for the machinery selected for purchase. Upon successful bidding, buyers will be required to make the payment via wire transfer. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction process, the buyer will be accompanied by a representative from Premier Automotive Sales to the bank for payment confirmation and verification.

Please note that Premier Automotive Sales do not accepts payments through PayPal, cash, or cashier’s checks.   All transactions must be conducted exclusively through wire transfer directly at the bank. This policy is implemented to safeguard the interests of all parties involved in the transaction and to maintain transparency throughout the process.

Shipping Process & Finalizing Deal

Finalizing the Sale. Payment & Shipping
You will be notified by email from Premier Automotive Sales. The email will detail all the steps required to finish the sale. Once you successfully order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking ID to track your order in real time.

10-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our 10-Day Money Back Guarantee begins when the customer receives the assets, regardless of the time of day. That means you can reject it at any time and for any reason. A full refund will be issued within 24 hours, no questions asked.

Delivery

The delivery process starts the next day after the payment is confirmed. The delivery process takes between 3 and 7 days – depending on the delivery location and we offer free delivery.

Documents

The vehicle and title should only be released once the buyer has received and accepted the vehicle. If the transaction is happening remotely, Premier Automotive Sales should take care of DMV paperwork and mail the signed-over title to the buyer via courier service with a tracking number.

Enclosed Trailers

All vehicles are delivered by Premier Automotive Sales using enclosed trailers. With enclosed transport, your vehicle is shipped in a fully enclosed trailer. This offers a higher degree of security and protection for your vehicle.

Payment

Buyers are expected to pay for the vehicle in-full within 24 hours of the sale closing – and remember, we’re here to help!

Payment
Buyers are expected to pay for the items in-full within 48 hours of the auction closing – and remember, we’re here to help. Total payments for successful purchases must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer or Online Wire Transfer.

We take pride in our association with some of the most reputable and well-known banks such as Chase, Bank of America & Wells Fargo. They are partnered with us to provide reliable escrow accounts for our orders. We take great pride in assuring our customers that their funds are safely secured by experienced and reputable banks.

Delivery
Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll give you a call to arrange delivery to have it dropped off at your house. The delivery starts in 24-48 hours, regardless of the item location.

All vehicles are insured during transportation!

The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location. The maximum time frame within the US is 10 days and 22 days for Canada.  

Warranty and Peace of mind
You can rest easy when you’re paying with Premier Automotive Sales system. Your purchased vehicle is covered with our 6-Month Limited Warranty (from the time you take possession) and 10-Days reject or refund policy.

What are the three types of coverage?

You have coverage until the earlier to occur of:

– 6 months from product purchase date or when your product has been driven 100 hours and and 10-Days reject or refund policy.
– 6 months for other assets, from Asset’s purchase date and and 10-Days reject or refund policy
Which parts do you cover under the Limited Warranty?
Your Limited Warranty covers repairs on all assemblies and parts on the asset, except:
– interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections(all imperfections are shown on asset’s gallery page)
– replaceable/wearable parts
– recommended maintenance
– aftermarket accessories
6-Month Limited Warranty cannot be transferred to someone else.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, province to province or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Note: The warranty may be extended for up to 5 years. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty for your asset, please call us.

Return/Reject Policy
We offer a 10 days return/reject period. Our 10-Day return/reject policy begins the day you receive the item, regardless of the time of day.

We cannot accept a return if the items or asset has been:
– in an accident or damaged
– modified
– altered from the condition it was delivered in
– put on a security as a loan, also known as an encumbrance
In a rejection case, we will refund the full payment. All refunds are processed within 24 hours. Delivery charges are free.
